What Payment methods can I use?

We only accept m-Pesa at the moment.

Can I purchase using cash?

Unfortunately, not. We are only running a cashless system.

Is VAT charged?

Yes! VAT is included in the pricing!

What should I do if the payment is not accepting?

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order receipt with your order number.

Conditions for returns:

1) Within 3 hours of delivery.

2) Must be returned with the same packaging & in pristine condition.

3) Tags must be still attached.

4) PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE RETURNED BECAUSE OF SIZE PRESUPPOSITION (Our clothing are true to size. Please pick your accurate clothing size).

5) No cash refunds.

**You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or damaged in transport. Therefore, we recommend a reputable carrier. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt slip of the goods or ID to verify your purchase online. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Delivery

Can I pick up my item?

We are currently an online retailer & will only be able to deliver your items.

** We may also offer "Pop-Up Shop" pickup at times. (Please keep posted via our social media)

What is the shipping cost?

Starting from 150Ksh, delivery cost will depend on what zone you are in.

What days will you deliver?

Monday - Friday: 10:30am - 6:30pm

Saturday: 8am -1pm

Sunday: No Deliveries
